We're hiring a Product Manager for our internal platform — the Django and React application that hosts the internal tools, dashboards, workflows and operational systems teams across our company use daily. We're also building a middleware gateway so those tools can talk to third-party systems securely.
You'd own the product side of all of it.
Worth being upfront before you spend 20 minutes on this: you'd be working close to the systems, not just around them. That means pulling your own data instead of waiting on an analyst, scoping an integration well enough to know when an engineer says something's hard and why, and using AI tools to build the small things yourself. You won't write production code. But nobody will hand you a backlog either — you'll decide what gets built, what gets bought, what gets automated and what gets refused, and then defend those calls. If that sounds like a burden rather than the interesting part, this isn't the right role for you.
